We act as independent mortgage advisors, connecting clients with banks and financial institutions in the UAE. We do not lend money ourselves but facilitate your mortgage application with licensed banks.
Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years old and meet the minimum eligibility criteria set by UAE banks to apply for a mortgage.
Information Accuracy
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when submitting your application. We are not responsible for delays or rejections caused by incorrect or incomplete details.
Fees & Costs
Our consultation is free unless otherwise agreed in writing. Bank processing fees, valuation fees, and government charges (Dubai Land Department, Municipality, Trustee fees, etc.) are payable directly to the relevant institutions.
Limitation of Liability
We assist in securing mortgage approvals but final approval is at the sole discretion of the bank. We are not liable for rejections, rate changes, or decisions made by third-party banks.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of UAE courts.
